-Pricing
Prices can change at any time without notice.
-Shipping
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or United States Priority Mail,
whichever is most economical (unless otherwise requested). Shipping charges
apply to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada
shipping charges will be extra (Please e-mail us for a quote). Please allow
1-2 weeks for shipping time. All orders shipped through Fedex include signature
required delivery.
-Special Orders/Back Orders
In the event of a back order, you will be notified immediately and given
the opportunity to cancel your order without penalty. Different colors and
styles can be special ordered. Any backorders or special orders requested
by the customer require full payment in advance.
-Payment
JLB Motorsports accepts cashiers check, money order, credit
card (via Paypal), or Paypal payment. We also accept cash from local
customers (PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH). Please email us at Info@jlbmotorsports.com
if you'd like to schedule a pick-up, or if you'd like to send your payment
by mail.
-Returns
All claims for returns must be received by JLB Motorsports within 48 hours
of receiving the product. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
Special Orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee. There are no refunds for shipping.
-Cancellation
Cancellation of special orders : There are to be no cancellations of
special orders. In the event that a special order must be cancelled, the
customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items which have already
shipped and are not special order items will be subject to the policies
outlined in the returns section. Orders which have already shipped cannot
be cancelled.
-Damage Claims
All damage claims must be resolved with the shipping agency. JLB
Motorsports will provide whatever information necessary to process damage
claims to the customer. The customer is responsible for resolving all
damage claims with the shipping company.
-Theft Claims
All theft claims must be resolved with the appropriate homeowner's
insurance company. JLB Motorsports will provide whatever information
necessary to process theft claims to the customer. The customer is
responsible for resolving all damage claims with the homeowner's insurance
company. The customer is responsible if the package is sent without
signature required.
-Returns after mounting tires
Mounted wheels are not returnable. Any returns due to a mistake by JLB
Motorsports will be handled promptly, and are eligible for a full refund.
All wheels are inspected prior to shipping. Damage claims will be processed
thru the shipping provider (Either UPS or Fed-Ex), with the assistance of
JLB Motorsports. Returns for any reason other than damage, or a mistake on
the part of JLB Motorsports will be subject to approval by JLB Motorsports,
and may be subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee.
